Trekkers can be Reach to Jumla from Nepalgunja to direct flights. At an altitude of 2370m. Jumla. This town is the starting point for route heading east into Dolpa., North Humla & West into Bajura. A few stores line the 200m.
flag stoned main street but despite the presents new Kasrnali technical School on the outskirts of town, Jumla retains an atmosphere of almost total inertia. Bustling it isn’t.
The culture center of the town is the flag -swathed Chandan Nath Temple, from within which can is heard bell ringing & horn blowing Pujas every afternoon. The inhabitants of Jumla are mainly high-casts Thkury & Chettrie Hindu who do not like working as porters.

Jumla to Danphe Lagna camp(3500m)
Follow the main street of Jumla north of the Jugad valley. Trail passes through Sisnamul(2830m) enters a forest of big trees. Trail becomes steeper and climbs through meadows to Danphe Lagna, a pass at3720m offering a views of Patrasi Himal (6860m) and Jagdul Himal (5785m) to the east.

Danphe Lagna camp to Chautha(2770m)
Trail descends through forests of fir , birches , walnuts and bamboo to a Hiran Duski(2840m). cross a long bridge of Sinja Khola and climb steeply to reach to Chautha.

Chautha to Dhotu
Trail ascents and descents through rocky trial and forest. Passing through wooded valley and some fields. Above Bhulbule trail emerges into an immense tree less meadow. Ghurchi Lagna, a pass 3450m where prayer flags are flapping . there are views of the Mugu Karnali river and snowy peaks of Tibet

Dhotu to Rara Lake;(2980m)
Cross a river and make a steep climb to the Jhyari village of Thakuri. Continue climb through cedar forests to a huge meadow atop 3050m ridge with a great view of Rara lake. Descend a short distance to Rara Lake.

Rara lake to Gorosingha
Take a lower trail that descends gradually to river. Cross a river and climb an area reforested with pine and rhododendron forests. There are views of Rara lake and excellent views of western Himalaya from the ridge.

Gorosingha to Sinja(3000m)
The route heads down to the Ghatta valley. The trail follows the Sinja khola and climbs a big gully from the stream to a ridge at 3450m. after here trail descends gradually to Okarpata(3070M). it is one of the big village of whitewashed. Trail descends steeply down rocky trail to Sinja. Sinja was the capital of the Malla dynasty that ruled western Nepal. There is a large temple of Bhagwati.

Sinja to Jaljala Chaur
Trail crosses the sinja khola on a wooden cantilever bridge to reach to Dhobe khola. After passing a few villages and temple trek is through forests of pines, birches and oaks.

Jaljala Chaur to Jumla
Keep climbing through forest to another meadow. Just below the ridge , there is a few houses at Chauri Khola. Cross another ridge at Chere3010m to reach to Jumla.
